Terms and Conditions

We accept Visa, MasterCard. We also accept cheques drawn in sterling on any U.K. branch of any bank, but goods will not be sent until the cheque has been cleared, a process which can take up to 10 days.

2. Refunds -

All goods may be returned to us for exchange, or full refund (excl. shipping & handling charges), provided that you return them within 30 days of receiving them and in their original packaging excluding the following:

Earring sales are final.

Claims for Damage or Loss in Transit

Except for orders of £25 or less which are sent by Royal Mail, all parcels are insured. Claims for loss in transit and/or non-arrival must be made to us and to the carrier in writing within seven days of the expected delivery date. Claims for damage to any of the contents must be made in writing to us and to the carrier in writing within two days of receipt.

3. Some more Information -

Colour and Size Variation

Many of the beads used in our designs are either handmade or naturally occuring materials. Thus inherently there will be beads with some colour and size variation. This adds to the charm and uniqueness of each piece as even two items of the same design will still be unique to each other. This is especially true of handmade Murano glass beads, semi-precious beads, freshwater pearls and handmade Bali Silver (0.925) items. While the beads within these groups will be of the same quality as each other, they may not be identical to eachother, thus the final product may differ slightly from the pictured product. This inturn may effect the size of each piece, thus it is important to note that all stated sizes are aproximate. Therefore, if an exact length is required, we would ask that you email us with the exact required size with your order number attached so we may be sure to send you your dream product.

Sizes Variation

As all the pieces on this site are handmade by the designers if you would like a design you see in a different size please e-mail us and we will return to you with any cost increases that will incur.

Shipping

We are usually able to despatch orders within four or five working days of our receiving them. This may be longer during holiday periods.

By creating a password, you protect your information from unauthorised access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of both your account information and your password and by using this site accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
